History
PCB Elegance is a suite of circuit board design tools for Windows. Including schematic capture, board layout, and manufacturing file generation. Produced by Merco Electronics as commercial software, it was first released in 1998 and remained under active development until version 3.50, released in 2008. In 2012 Merco Electronics closed and released the source code of PCB Elegance under the GPL free software licence.

The PCB Elegance source code is hosted by Sourceforge. Source code for release versions can be found on the download page.
